Grants of up to £50,000 Available to Transforming Care and Health through Technology (England)
The Local Government Association (LGA) in partnership with NHS Digital, is delivering a new programme to support innovation in transforming care and health services through technology.
The LGA and NHS Digital are inviting councils to bid for funding of up to £50,000 for projects that use technology to improve adult social care and health outcomes and deliver financial savings.
Approximately fifteen councils will be supported through this programme.
Applications should relate to at least one of the following themes:
• Sharing information and integrating service
• Enabling people to interact with care services through digital channels
• Promoting independence and wellbeing through the use of digital services and technology
• Integrating commissioning through the improved use of information and analysis
• Enabling care professionals to work from any base at any time.
The deadline to apply is Friday 17 March 2017.
