Severn Trent Community Fund (East Midlands, West Midlands, South West England) – Deadline: Rolling (Quarterly)
Severn Trent Water has reopened its Community Fund.
The fund will support new projects by local charities, volunteer and community groups, and local authorities or parish councils in the Severn Trent Region.
Grants of between £2,000 and £200,000 are available to support new projects that:
• Help people to lead a healthier life and gain new skills,
• Help to create better places to live in and use,
• Help look after the natural environment, give people greater access to that environment, or help look after water.
Severn Trent Water also welcomes applications that have a connection to water, such as creating sustainable drainage, installing grey water recycling, or creating water efficient green spaces.
Applications over £10,000 must be able to contribute at least 10% match funding.
The fund is overseen by a Community Fund Panel made up of our customers, who review applications.
After 18th January 2022, Severn Trent Water will temporarily change the projects they fund.
To celebrate their partnership with Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, they will support projects that aim to boost environmental sustainability, reduce carbon and help communities care for nature.
