RLWC2021 CreatedBy Small Grants Programme to Improve Rugby League Facilities (England) – Deadline: Rolling
Organisations and clubs that are developing Rugby League activity in their community can apply for grants of up to £15,000 to improve the environment where Rugby League takes place.
The funding can be used to invest in kit, equipment and facility improvements that make rugby accessible and welcoming, and encourage more people from a range of different backgrounds to engage with the game and get active.
This could include refurbishing club houses, and purchasing new lawn mowers, ball-stop netting, and equipment to deliver afterschool sessions. The RLWC2021 CreatedBy Small Grants Programme, funded by the National Lottery and Sport England, is particularly keen to fund environmentally sustainable improvements that reduce a club’s financial outgoings, or projects that increase participation form girls, women and disability sport.
Applications can be submitted at any time and decisions are usually made every 12 weeks.
